January Highlights

We're finally done with the first month of the new year! It feels a little long to me! But so many happy things took place in real life that I feel ^^. Kpop wise.. seriously its so quiet that I don't bother to keep myself up to date. Hahaha.

Met each of my important friends at least once this month! :D

First was an impromptu trip to JB with JW on a Saturday! It was pretty fun! I think the happiest moment was shopping for cheappppp and pretty good quality clothes! :D Haha. I'm glad she managed to get her CNY clothes cause we queued pretty long at the customs! The famous amos cookies was really cheap and yummy too!

Second was meeting darling for dinner where I told her a lot of stories and some made her lol-ed really loud. Hahaha. Time always pass so fast whenever we meet for dinner! We should meet on a Saturday the next time so we can have the whole day to talk endlessly!

Third was having LP over at my place for lunch! Another person I can talk endlessly with about anything and everything! *hearts*

Finally met my primary school friend whom I knew since I was 9 years old! Its actually been 17 years since then. Haha. But we haven't seen each other since left primary and when he came to send me off to the States at the age of 16! I didn't even remember we were still like keeping in touch back then? Other than the msn part.. haha. So that makes it 10 years since he last saw me!!!!!! OMFG. :O Since I saw him a couple of times while I'm on my way to school for the past 4 years.

We regained contact on my birthday last year and has been in contact since then. But there's were abrupt on off contact in between which confuses me. And even more when he contacted me again in Dec after 2 weeks plus of no contact? Even till today it still puzzles me... Like what's the reason?

Anyway, back to topic.. Was a little nervous about meeting him. Worried about things might get awkward between us butttttttt! It didn't! We actually talked endlessly for 7 hours that Friday night! Wait.. actually 9 hours? Cause we did continued texting after he dropped me off. And the little actions he did made me realised that not everyone sees the little actions going on without words. And that's actually heartwarming or fluttering! Heh.

Didn't know our second meetup would be so fast? It was an impromptu dinner! And sigh.. why is time always flying when you just have so much to talk about? It was also the day where I find it pretty creepy that we kept having similar tastes! Esp chee kueh!!!! I felt like I found my chee kueh soulmate that night! One who doesn't eat chee kueh with a lot of cai po! Hahaha. The reaction to seeing scallops at cold storage was pretty epic too! Kekeke.

After 6 years we finally meet up!!!!!


Met Hebe and her boyfriend for dinner!! Was glad I invited bff along too... (: We had a long time no see and goodbye see you again hug! It was really really nice to see Hebe again! And really glad she likes the handmade gift! :D


I really love making handmade gifts for my close friends! Its just so ^^ to make their hearts warm... Well.. I hope I did! So this makes it my fifth cross stitch! ;D Oh! And Hebe makes me realised its actually this ^^ feeling when you see your good friend's boyfriend treating her well! Hehe.

Also went for a long waited mani/pedi! Happy nails really makes one happy! ^-*


Did something pretty embarrassing recently. Honey water, herbal tea and lao ban bean curb personal delivery! Funny how feelings can make you do things out of an impulse? It was so nerve wrecking on my way there and how I can't get you through the phone. I thought it was a fruitless trip. Glad it wasn't. (: I got After Eight flavored ice cream treat in return!! :D And seeing you....
 
Leaving this song here to end the last day of January! Been putting it on repeat for at least 3 hours already? Hahaha. Can't wait to hear more songs from them! :D
