Coco krunch, tuna bread, 2 slices of bread with nutella, 3 banana biscuits, 5 packets of rice crackers, dinner, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1/4 pack of twisties....This is the amount of junk I had in one day with only 1 proper meal which wasnt filling for me at all!
But look at the amount of fats I have on my tummy, thighs, and face!!! Gosh, so dead~~~ And Im still not exercising but sitting in front of the com playing games everyday.
I feel like buying MAC but its so far away... Maybe I should resort to that tom yum cup noodles but I bet its not gonna fill my hunger!
