OMG. What has happened to the poor little Earth?? Its winter but the temperature is not corresponding to that. Its scary...Flagstaff
Head up to Flagstaff after a wait of two years plus. Didnt felt like I was in Flagstaff till I hit the mountains area where
Apparently all the snow has became ice when we got there. But the ice looked like snow from inside the car. And snow would only fall after two days we leave. What a waste...
We stop by Sedona before continuing our journey.
We took the scenic view route up and that's where we started seeing those snow. But the route wasnt that pleasant since we were heading up, there were many turns here and there.
There was still some time before it was time to check in to our rooms. Derek suggested going to The Arboretum. But the GPS was so weird that it led us to some weirdo places. Going round and round, it was time to check in already. So, yup. Haha.
Head to Fort Tuthill after putting down our luggages.
The first thing we saw when we got down.
It was SUPER hard to walk on those ice which were few inches high!
We wanted to book this cottage instead because it can fit up to 12 ppl at a time!

Found out that there's a slope for us to slide down with those tubes and board.
The slopes were very bumby and the holes were so deep. The funniest thing was Derek and Bronco kept slipping and falling cause the shoes they wore werent right. And Bronco kept saying his butt hurt from those bumps. Hahahaha.
The kids went up and down, up and down for hours!! Amazing, I must say. (: Head back to the room for good hot bath. But Bronco kids actually fell asleep immediately! o.O They must be dead beat from all those fun. Head for Thai dinner with Derek and family. And their tom yum soup was actually..... sweet.... which was weird. We ordered like 7 to 8 dishes because the portion was soooooooooo small! Tsktsktsk.
Head to Walgreens, bought some snacks and hot packs! Didnt know why I felt so tired... Maybe because it takes more energy to walk on ice? Or maybe because of the cold weather, I fell asleep at 8PM which was so so so so wrong! Because I woke up at 11PM and practically couldnt fall asleep till 3AM!! Tsk. Two buses of people checked in that night and they were superrrrrrrrr noisy!!! ARGHHHHH. Definately didnt not had a good night sleep man!
Slept for only 4 hours and went for the breakfast. But some guy was already announcing (actually its telling someone but his voice was so loud that I had to use the word announce) that there was no more food left. O.O WTH?!! Yup, so adding on to bad sleep last night and bad breakfast, the morning was terrible!

I thought I will never have a chance to take a picture of a snowflake ever since I missed the chance in 2oo7, the year where I first saw falling snow. But, thank you God! :D

Head to whatever-place-you-call-it for the kids to do more sliding down the slopes! But it was so crowded that people kept knocking into one another. And we even saw a small girl whose nose was bleeding~
There's different slopes with different heights. This is the highest one.

Everyone got hungry so we left for lunch and after lunch... we saw this man who couldnt walk properly and was lying on the road. Irene said he could have a knife with him when the guys wanted to go and help him. They still went though. Derek came back saying "Where got knife?". LOLLLLL. Irene replied "Who will dare to take the knife out when 3 guys with 6 legs walking to him? 2 kicks is enough for him." Haha.

This time round, we rent those float tubes you used in swimming pools. Decided to slide down and I asked Amanda if Im supposed to put my butt alllll the way in. And she said yes.
But! It was wrongggggggg.
My butt practically hit the ground everytime the float went down the humps, the bumps, the holes, and the sides! And I remembered myself screaming "My butt hurts" all the wayyyyyyyyy. *buries face in the ice*
Suyee did told me not to put my butt all the way down but I forgotten. Haha. And she said the float was too big for Amanda that her butt went in by itself so she thought it was right to put the butt in. Which makes perfect sense. (Okay, I kept typing 'put' as 'but' because of the word 'butt'.)
It was soooooo tiring to go up and down with the floats. Bronco was dead beat from all those pulling the floats up the slope and pushing the kids down the slope... and doing it over and over. Haha.
Damm funny when Derek's cap dropped. Lollll.
Decided to go for early dinner if not the kids will fall asleep again. Head to a resturant and the funniest thing of the day was Derek used to be a choir member. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
It was a fine dinner with many funny talks. Head back and I had to force myself to stay awake for 4 hours before I could sleep since I didnt want yesterday thing to repeat itself. Discovery Health channel is so nice to watch!!!! Esp the show on the ER! OMG. They really showed the inside of the body and many many cases like a tree branch that got pierced through the guy's butt to somewhere close the heart. Just a few more inches and he would have died. My mum nearly vomitted. Haha, lol. Watched that channel till 11PM and the moment I lay down, I slept till the next morning! Yay! :D
Went for brunch and started our way back. Stopped by Anthems Outlet to shop a while. But nowadays shopping is so boring~~~
And its been days since my muscles have been aching. Could it be from those ice walks?? Man, Im so olddddddddddd.

Including some random stuffs:
1. Its my first time returning a novel that I bought. That book is seriously.... bored.
2. I also returned the second sunglasses that I bought to replace the one I lost. ): Luckily I insist in finding the receipt and trying to see if I can return cos that sunglasses is hurting my sides.
3. I give up buying and finding a new sunglases to replace my fav one. Cos I doubt I can find a good one again.
4. I bought my 13th bag yesterday because it was too hard to miss it after seeing it again. This is a sign from God.
5. Stop buying bags!!!
6. Start studying for my jap class!!!
